7 Mile Fair was the dream of Charles Niles and that dream became a reality in 1961 when he opened the fair in a farm field on 7 Mile Road.
 
Although Mr. Niles passed away, his dream continues today as the fair now spans over 40 acres in the same location and is still run by the Niles family.
 
Open year 'round, 7 Mile Fair offers visitors one of the best indoor/outdoor flea markets in the country.
